Bluegrass Thickets Management LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
This policy explains how Bluegrass Thickets Management LLC in Nicholasville, Kentucky handles information when you visit our website, request land-clearing services, use Plan My Project, or contact us through Facebook or Instagram advertising.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate or booking, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, county, acreage, property conditions, clearing goals, preferred timing, and message. A project-planner booking also includes your project description and generated plan. When you request our downloadable prep checklist, we collect your email address and any name you provide.
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the contact details and answers you choose to share through that form. Please do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive personal details in messages or project descriptions.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange a walk-through, and coordinate requested work.
- Send request confirmations, project-related messages, and the checklist you requested.
- Generate service recommendations and a project summary when you use Plan My Project.
- Keep service and communication records, troubleshoot email delivery, and prevent spam or abuse.
Submitting an estimate request is not permission to share your contact information with an advertising platform for customer matching.
Service providers and information sharing
Our website uses Lovable Cloud to store requests and support website operations, Lovable-managed email delivery to send messages and record delivery results, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions for spam. These providers process information needed to perform those services.
Plan My Project sends the property description, goals, acreage, and county you enter to Lovable AI Gateway and its model provider to generate recommendations. The separate booking form collects your contact details afterward. Only include information relevant to your land-clearing project.
We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect safety, investigate abuse, or resolve a dispute. External services may process information outside your state or country under their own privacy terms.
Facebook and Instagram ads
Meta operates Facebook and Instagram and processes activity on those platforms under its own privacy policy, including interactions with ads and any lead form you submit there. We use inquiries you choose to send us to respond about our services; Meta may also provide advertising reports such as clicks and impressions.
This website does not currently include a Facebook Pixel or Conversions API integration. Adding this policy does not enable advertising tracking or upload customer lists. If we introduce website advertising measurement or customer matching, we will update this policy and provide the required choices before enabling it.
You can manage advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Browser storage, security checks, and maps
The interactive walk-through checklist saves your checked items in your browser so they remain available on that device. You can remove this progress with the checklist’s reset option or by clearing site data in your browser. Administrative sign-in uses browser storage to maintain a session.
Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, and request details. Our forms use security checks and hashed IP information to limit abusive submissions.
When an embedded Google Map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy. Social-profile links take you to the relevant platform, where its privacy policy applies.
Records and security
Requests and email-delivery records are stored to support follow-up, service administration, and troubleshooting. Retention can vary by record type and legal obligations; we do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for all records. Contact us to ask about a specific record or request deletion.
We use access restrictions and submission protections to help safeguard information. No website or email system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or to stop optional follow-up communications. Email Team@BluegrassThickets.com or call 859-813-0007. We may need to confirm your identity, and some records may need to be retained for active work, legal obligations, or disputes.
Where an email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use it to opt out. You can also contact us directly to withdraw permission for optional communications. Your request may not stop messages necessary to manage work you have already requested.
Children’s privacy
Our services and request forms are intended for adults arranging property work, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Policy updates and contact
We may revise this policy as our services or website practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, contact Bluegrass Thickets Management LLC at Team@BluegrassThickets.com or 859-813-0007. Our office hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
