What to bring
A folder, your phone, and about ten minutes of gathering is usually enough.
What to flag on site
Tie bright tape around keepers and no-go spots. Anything unflagged is fair game for the mulcher.
After the walk-through
We send a written, itemized estimate — usually within a week of the visit — valid for 30 days. If the property turns out lighter than it looked, the price goes down, not up. When you're ready, most jobs land between $1,200 and $3,000 per acre.

Is the walk-through really free?
Yes. Walk-throughs and written estimates are free with no obligation. Most jobs land between $1,200 and $3,000 per acre.
How long does a land clearing walk-through take?
Most walk-throughs take 20–45 minutes depending on acreage. Larger or more complex properties can take an hour.
Do I have to flag everything myself?
You don't have to, but flagged keepers and marked boundaries are the biggest reasons quotes come back accurate and no trees get lost by mistake. We flag the rest together on the walk.
Should I call 811 before or after scheduling the walk-through?
Call a few days before the walk-through so the marks are on the ground when we visit. Kentucky 811 marks buried utilities free of charge.
What happens after the walk-through?
We send a written, itemized estimate — usually within a week of the visit — and you take as much time as you need to decide.
